VibeCore Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to VibeCore ("Service"), operated by BMD Pat LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription Services

VibeCore offers a subscription-based service that provides access to tech and AI resources, Discord community access, weekly Q&A sessions, code tools and snippets, monthly prompt/build sessions, and discounted professional services.

3. Subscription and Payments

• You must provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our Service.
• The subscription fee is $5 per month, charged automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at pat@bmdpat.com.
• No refunds will be issued for partial month subscriptions or unused services.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree not to share your subscription access with others or allow others to use your account.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
• You acknowledge that any code, tools, or advice provided through the Service is used at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through VibeCore, including but not limited to code snippets, tools, written materials, and recorded sessions, is owned by BMD Pat LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribers may use these materials for personal and educational purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or claim them as their own work.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMD Pat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• The implementation of any code, tools, or advice provided through the Service

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
